Below are some of our most frequently asked questions submitted by members and the Website's raffle visitors. If the question you have is not answered below, email your questions to the RaffleSoft team and we'll get back to you with the answer.

Can anyone enter a raffle?
Anyone that is 18 years of age or older can enter a raffle, with the exception of those from countries/states/provinces where participation in raffles are prohibited.

Can I purchase more than one ticket?
Yes.
You can purchase as many tickets as you wish and enter as many Raffles as you would like.

When are winners drawn?
A winner is drawn when all available tickets for a specific raffle are sold or when a raffle's end date has been reached.

How are raffles drawn?
The drawing occurs using a complex, but easy to operate system developed by the Website that utilizes a complex database containing all entries. From that database, a winner is drawn at random and emailed automatically that they've won. The system archives the raffle and posts the winner's name and raffle details to the past winners section of the the Website Demonstration raffle site. There is no human involvement in the drawing process other than the raffle administrator pressing the draw winner button to engage the action.

How will I know that I have won?
You will be notified by email and/or personal telephone call from the Website.
Additionally a winner's newsletter normally may be sent out to all the Website's raffle members with the winner's name following the drawing.

Where is my ticket?
You will not receive a physical ticket, but a digital representation will reside in the database for each ticket purchased. After you purchase a ticket, detailed raffle information and remaining ticket counts or end dates are available to you in the "my Account" area of the the Website's Demonstration raffle website.

Are the raffles legal?
the Website has applied for and received a permit to hold raffles, for fundraising purposes, in relevant jurisdictions.

Is this for a charity?
Yes.
100% of the net proceeds of all draws will be used by Non-Profit Group to support our events and educational projects.

Do I have to purchase a ticket to be entered into a Raffle?
Yes.
